We quote according to the property’s size, condition, agreed tasks, access and location. Send photos or a video and your room count so we can assess the work. Larger or complex properties may need a site visit.
What is included in the service?
Your quotation defines the rooms and tasks included. Typical areas are kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces and suitable floors. Tell us about appliance interiors, storage interiors, windows and other priorities before we finalise the checklist.
Do I need to empty the house?
No. We can clean an occupied home with access agreed room by room. Put away personal belongings and empty any cupboard or wardrobe interiors included in the quotation.
How long does a deep clean take?
The time depends on room count, property condition, furniture and the agreed scope. We discuss the expected working time after reviewing your photos or visiting the property.
Do you bring cleaning supplies and equipment?
We arrange the cleaning materials and equipment needed for the agreed work. Please confirm water and electricity access, and tell us about any surface that requires a particular care product.
Are sofas, mattresses and carpets included?
Upholstery washing, mattress cleaning, carpet washing and curtain cleaning are separate services unless specifically added to your quotation. They can be requested together with a house deep clean.
Can you clean inside my oven or cupboards?
Yes, these can be assessed and added to the agreed checklist. Specify the appliances and storage areas when requesting a quotation, and empty storage interiors before the visit.
Can I be at home during cleaning?
Yes. We agree access around occupied rooms. Let us know about children, pets and areas that must remain available during the visit.
